Scrambled eggs with tomato (4)
Instructions
Cut the tomatoes into chunks, after having stripped and deprived of seeds.
Put them in a cold Pan pan, add the finely sliced onion and the garlic and cook to moderate heat until the onion is softened.
Add salt (and pepper if you like), break two eggs into the Pan and stir gently a few minutes: eggs must be soft as a cream without mix the yolk and egg white.

- 3 ripe tomatoes
- == 1 small onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 leaves basil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper (optional)
