Boiled eggs with salmon
Instructions
Remove the eggs from the refrigerator two hours before cooking.
Rassodatele for ten minutes since the beginning of the boil.
Raffreddatele under running water, Peel, cut in half lengthwise and remove the yolk.
Put in a blender the chopped salmon, egg yolks, cream, a pinch of salt and pepper and blend until mixture is thick.
Filled with this means egg whites to form a canopy and arrange on serving platter after having covered the bottom with some nice lettuce leaves.
Serve.

- 8 eggs
- 150 g of smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- Some leaves of lettuce salad
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of white pepper
