Instructions

In a saucepan bring water to a boil and let it firm up the eggs for 8 minutes.

Drain and cool them under cold water.

Peel and even out the bottom so that they can remain in an upright position.

Carefully wash the tomatoes, dry, divide them in half, take away seeds, sprinkle the pretzels and put them to drain in a colander.

Do rest your tomatoes for 20-30 minutes to lose the vegetation water.

Clean the lettuce, remove damaged outer leaves and wash in plenty of cold water, drain on a cloth and dry it gently.

Spread the lettuce leaves on serving dish, lay over the eggs in vertical position, resting on top of each egg half tomato and decorate as desired with drops of mayonnaise or tofu sauce.
