Botched triangles
Instructions
Roll out the dough with the rolling pin to a thickness of 4 mm and cut many squares of approximately 8 cm from the side.
About a third of the squares have a pinch of chopped black olives and anchovy fillets, medium and about remaining a slice of salmon.
Then spread on half a square slice of ham and the other a fontina.
Fold the squares diagonally on themselves to form triangles.
Grease the baking (or put a sheet of parchment paper), put over the triangles and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Serve preferably hot.

- 400 g of frozen puff pastry
- 100 g of black olives
- 100 g of anchovies
- 100 G = = Salmon
- 100 g of ham
- 100 g of fontina cheese
