Smoked rice patties
Instructions
Boil the rice for 10 minutes, drain and cool under running water.
Finely chop the smoked trout and put it in a bowl with rice, white sauce, egg, the chopped fennel, salt and ground black pepper.
Stir.
Covered with parchment paper straight from 12 stencils 4 inches, pour the rice and level it.
Cook the patties in the oven already warm in 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Clean the fennel and reduce it into cubes.
Season with a spoon of oil and salt and keep aside.
Put the rice patties small plates, arrange in the center of each of diced fennel, surrounded with the smoked tuna and serve.
