Cheese cake (5) (Torta di Ricotta (5))
Instructions
Mix the egg yolks, ricotta, sugar, almonds and lemon zest.
Attach to the egg whites and incorporate them to the mixture.
Pour all into a greased pan and bake at 150 degrees for about half an hour.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of sieved sheep's ricotta
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of full cane sugar
- 100 g of and ground peeled almonds
- Lemon zest
