Instructions

Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add the melted butter, then add, a little at a time alternating flour to milk beat with a whisk, combine the yeast, egg whites and 70 g of chopped pistachios.

Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured baking dish and place in hot oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

Cover the surface with the jam and other chopped pistachios.
