Potato cake with dried fruit
Instructions
Prepare the mashed potatoes, put it in a bowl and add the chopped nuts, sugar, melted butter in a double boiler and the grated zest of an orange.
Stirring gently stir the eggs, one at a time.
Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured and bake in oven at 180 degrees for about half an hour.
Put on a serving dish, let cool.
Sprinkle the surface with plenty of powdered sugar.
Wanting to serve this cake with orange cream.

- 150 g of sugar
- 30 g of butter
- 30 g of almond
- 30 g of hazelnuts
- 30 g of pistachios
- 2 eggs
- Icing sugar
- 1 orange (zest)
