Piedmontese hazelnut cake
Instructions
Toast the hazelnuts.
Crush in a mortar.
Beat the eggs until they take a creamy consistency and frothy, add the melted butter to the water bath, combine hazelnuts, cocoa, sugar, yeast, mix everything very well and pour into buttered baking sheet 1.
Put in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and cook for 40 minutes.
This cake can be served alone or with hot zabaglione with Moscato D'Asti.
Together you can drink obviously Moscato D'Asti.
