Apple pie (9)
Instructions
You put in the food processor, eggs and sugar.
It just works and add oil, flour, yeast and water needed to produce them only one or two minutes.
You put in a buttered mould, apples and pour over the mess.
You must cook it in the oven at medium temperature for 45-50 minutes.
You cut then check of 5 x 5 cm.
Use a mold 35 x 35 cm square.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1/2 cup of non-aromatic oil
- 2 cups of wholemeal flour
- 3 teaspoons of yeast
- 1/2 cup of water
- 6 diced peeled apples
- For the mold:
