Instructions

Fill a roasting pan for half of a uniform layer of pre-cooked couscous, half white and half integral (or white).

Transfer the couscous into a bowl using a ladle and take note of how many Cookware are.

Simmer for a few minutes the dried fruit cut into small cubes in Apple juice; When this has been softened pour everything over the couscous, calculating two ladles of juice for each ladleful of couscous.

Cover and let stand for about 10 minutes.

Put everything in the baking pan, pressing it well with your hands.

Garnish with the toasted almonds and chopped and grated coconut.

You can eat them as is or inform you for a few minutes.

A tip: prepare it in the evening since eaten the next day is much more flavorful.
