Couscous and salad meat
Instructions
Slice the mushrooms and cook them with a little oil and butter and a clove of garlic and parsley.
Boil the peas.
Warm sausage and slice it.
Cut the meat into strips.
Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package and season with a little oil.
Combine meat, mushrooms, sausage and peas and mix thoroughly.
Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.

- 1 pack of couscous
- 200 g of roast meat
- 200 g of mushrooms
- 1 frankfurters
- 100 g of peas
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Butter
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley
