Instructions
Mix well butter and sugar, add the boiled chestnuts, Peel and pass through a sieve, grated chocolate and crushed amaretti.
A mould lined with cheesecloth and gently pour the dough that will keep cool at least for one night.
Before serving, turn the mold and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate.

- 150 g of grated chocolate
