Carrot cake (2) (Torta di Carote (2))
Instructions
Blanch the almonds, drain, remove skin, dry them and put them in tritamandorle.
In a bowl put egg yolks (save the whites) with sugar; work well with a wooden spoon until a smooth cream, then add the carrots, almonds, milk, yeast and stir everything together.
Then add the egg whites into the mixture into pan; step into the oven (175 degrees) for 40 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of white flour
- 400 g of scraped carrots without extremes and chopped
- 200 g of sweet almonds
- 200 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 5 g of baking powder
- Vanilla icing sugar
