In a bowl mix the sugar with the eggs until they become fluffy.
Add melted butter, flour and stir well.
Grease a cake tin and pour this preparation where you put the chopped lemon peel and 1 tablespoon liqueur.
Bake for 1 hour; the cake is cooked when putting an iron in the middle of the sweet this will dry.
