Instructions

Butter a baking dish, cover bottom with crackers formerly wet in the broth, cover with a thin layer of tomato sauce and béchamel sauce, sprinkle with the Parmesan, add the chopped mozzarella cheese and flavored with Basil.

Proceed until filling of dish, finish with Parmesan, let it sit for at least 6 hours (we recommend preparing the night before).

Bake at 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Serve hot.
