Caramelize the pan with sugar.
Arrange the burnt sugar pineapple slices.
Knead all the ingredients and then pour into the prepared cake pan.
Bake for 50 minutes in the oven at 250 degrees.
Remove when takes on reddish color.
Do rest a few minutes and then invert the pan to release cake.
