Mascarpone noodles (2)
Instructions
While boiling water for the noodles, melt in a Bain-Marie the mascarpone.
Cut the ham into small cubes and combine it with mascarpone.
When the noodles are cooked, throw those hands for a few moments in the saucepan with the mascarpone cheese and ham, so that marry well with the gravy.
Seasoned with Parmesan.
