Mascarpone parfait
Instructions
In a terima stir rum with two glasses of water and add the raisins.
Beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the mascarpone cheese and stir.
Add the soaked Raisins and stir again.
The ladyfingers soaked in rum where was raisins and foderatevi a mold, cover with mixture and put in freezer and fridge three hours later.

- 500 g of sugar
- 5 eggs
- 20 g of sultanas
- 1 glass of rum
