Instructions

Prepare the ' liquor ' ice cream (see recipe).

Get then a mold for dome-shaped bombs, rivestitene the inside with foil and put it in the freezer to freeze for at least 1 hour.

Meanwhile, cut into slices a quantity of bread of Spain enough to coat the walls of the mold and to cover the ice cream; cut the remaining diced small Spain.

Sprinkle the slices with a bit of liquor; put the pan of Spain cubes in a bowl and sprinkle even these with the liquor.

Cut the chocolate flakes and minutely the walnuts chopped walnuts.

Now take the ice cream from the freezer to the previously prepared liquor, vinegar with a wooden spoon for a few minutes, then add the diced Spain loaf, chocolate chips and Walnut kernels.

Mix everything gently and put the mixture in the freezer temporarily.

Meanwhile lined the walls of the mold with the slices of bread of Spain, retaining a few to cover the bomb.

Then placed into the mold the liquor ice cream, carefully livellatene the surface and cover with slices of sponge Spain remained.

Cover the mould with a sheet of foil and keep in the freezer for about 2 hours.

When serving, put the ' bomb ' on a plate and sprinkle cooled previously with the cream.
