Clam sauce with the thermomix
Instructions
Add the oil evaporate, a bit of parsley, garlic and chillies: 3 minutes at room temperature 100 speed 4.
Add the tomatoes, salt and cook for 5 minutes at room temperature 100 speed 1.
Combine clams and finish cooking for another 8 minutes at room temperature 100 speed 1 and at the end add the remaining parsley.
It is excellent to season spaghetti or linguine.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 600 g of clean clams
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 5 cl of olive oil
- 200 g of peeled tomatoes
- Hot pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Salt
