Tuna Sauce with the Thermomix (Sugo al Tonno con Il Bimby)
Instructions
Put in mixing bowl with garlic, olive oil and anchovies: 3 minutes at room temperature 100 speed 4.
Join the pass: 10 minutes at room temperature 2 speed 100, holding the measuring cup.
Add tuna, chopped parsley, adjust salt and finish cooking for another 2 minutes at room temperature 100 speed 1.
Tips: If the sauce is too liquid, continue cooking for a few minutes at Varoma temperature.

- 4 anchovies
- 1 box of tomato (box of 450 g)
- 1 large box of tuna
- Chopped parsley
