Robiola and shrimp appetizers
Instructions
Add robiola cheese in a bowl.
Add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Stir the ingredients with a wooden spoon, until it will be perfectly blended.
Scalded, drained and drain the shrimp.
Squeeze the mixture of robiola and mayonnaise on crackers, with the sac-à-poche with spizzata nozzle.
Arrange the appetizers on the serving dish and complete with shrimps and pitted green olives.
Garnish with fennel sprigs and serve.
