Instructions

While you thaw the puff pastry, Peel the pears, remove the core and cut into small cubes.

Brown them in butter with a little sugar.

Turn off the heat and add grated orange zest, butter and pine nuts.

Roll out a sheet with a thickness of 3 mm, then with a knife cut out a star.

Pull the other pastry, and place over the newly made star and, following the contours, cut another star slightly larger than the first.

Put the smaller star on a buttered baking sheet, pennellarla with the beaten egg and, at the Center, arrange fruit browned.

Cover with the bigger star and, pressing well along the edges, seal the sweet.

Brush all star with the egg, very superficially cutting it with a knife and bake the pizza at 220 degrees for about twenty minutes.

It should be served warm and with a bit of powdered sugar.
