Apple Mousse (Spuma di Mele)
Instructions
Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces.
Put them in a saucepan with water and cook to a boil stirring lively for 5-7 minutes, until the liquid is consumed.
Remove from heat and add the lemon zest and sugar.
Pass the mashed apples in the refrigerator and mix it gently before serving with whipped cream.

- 400 g of apples renette
- 1/2 lemon (zest)
- 8 tablespoons of sugar
- 150 g of cream
