Instructions

Clean and Wash spinach very well without dividing the sprigs.

Collect them in a salad bowl.

In a frying pan put the bacon cut into irregular pieces and when is glossy and transparent, then drizzle with vinegar, then evaporate and pour over spinach.

Stir and serve.
