Pear and goat cheese skewers
Instructions
Cut the zucchini into thin slices lengthwise, scottatele in boiling salted water and drain.
Cut the pears in segments and sprinkle with the lemon juice diluted in half a glass of water, to prevent blackening.
Cut the cheese into eight segments and wrap each one in a slice of courgette.
Alternate on 4 skewers, cheese wrapped in zucchini and pear wedges, then put them on a plate.
