Spaghetti with Tuna and Olives (Spaghetti Olive e Tonno)
Instructions
Pitted olives and blend with the garlic, tuna, anchovy fillets and 2 tablespoons oil.
In a large skillet heat the cream, add the remaining oil and, having cooked spaghetti in salted water, then toss them in the Pan, stirring quickly.
If the cream is not too dry diluitela with a few spoonful of pasta cooking water.
Ingredients and dosing for 2 persons
- 300 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 100 g of black olives
- 100 g of tuna in olive oil
- 4 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
