Spaghetti sauce red mullet
Instructions
Wash the mullet fillets and pat dry.
Pour the diced tomato, olive oil and a clove of garlic in a pan.
Saute to moderate flame.
Remove garlic.
Add the fish fillets and cook it covered for a few minutes.
Boil the spaghetti al dente in salted water and toss with the sauce of red mullet.
Serve with chopped parsley.

- 150 g of pasta spaghetti type integrals
- 120 g of mullet fillets
- 100 g of tomato
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Chopped parsley
