Instructions

Boil 2 glasses of milk with sugar and vanilla.

Mix the flour with 1 cup of cold milk, then add the warm milk and let thicken over low heat.

When the mixture has cooled, add the cup of coffee, egg yolks and egg whites.

Turn the mixture into a buttered soufflé mould and bake in hot oven at 200 degrees for 35 minutes.
