Coffee souffle
Instructions
Put in a casserole the 3 egg yolks and sugar and beat with a fork.
Then add the milk and coffee.
Add the cornstarch dissolved in a little water.
Place over medium heat and let thicken.
Stirring constantly, remove the mixture from heat and allow to cool.
Grease a soufflé mould and Mount Snow well soda egg whites.
Embed them gently to the mixture and pour it into the mold.
Bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes without ever opening the door.
Serve immediately.
