Blackberry sorbet
Instructions
Pour the indicated quantity of water in a saucepan, add the sugar and the orange flower water; bring to the boil and simmer for five minutes; cooled.
Meanwhile, wash and dry the blackberries, pass through a blender and add the mixture to the sugar syrup.
Pour into an ice tray, sprinkle a little bit of orange flower water, cover the bowl with silver paper, place in the freezer for about three hours.
Serve the sorbet with whipped cream or jelly.
