Pineapple sorbet (2)
Instructions
Pour the water over the pineapple, add lemon juice and sugar.
Stir gently until the mixture is well-blended.
Put in the freezer in a metal bowl until they form a skin.
Meanwhile snow mount the egg whites and combine them to the mixture.
Mix and freeze.
Before serving, switch in the mixer.
Each serving has 300 calories.

- 150 cl of boiled water
- 1 great pineapple crumble with a fork
- 15 cl of lemon juice
- 400 g of sugar
- 3 egg whites
