Mint sorbet
Instructions
Put in a saucepan the sugar and water and let boil for a few minutes (the sugar should melt completely).
Turn off the heat and soak in the mint leaves.
When the syrup has cooled, wipe to go crushing well and pour into a freezer container.
Put in freezer and when serving blend 2 minutes frozen mixture.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 cl of water
- 10 cl of syrup mint
- 120 g of sugar
- 20 Leaflets = = Mint
