Gruyere cheese flan
Instructions
Cut the cheese into strips fine.
Make a béchamel sauce, when it is cooked add the Gruyere cheese.
Mix well the dough, keeping it a bit on the fire, adjust salt and let cool.
Join now the egg yolks together with the mixture.
Fit the clear whites very firm and incorporate them gently to the mixture.
Pour into a buttered and sprinkled generously with bread crumbs.
Bake in the oven at moderate heat for 30 minutes, until it is covered by a golden crust.
