Turn pears
Instructions
Let dough thaw at room temperature.
Meanwhile, Peel the pears, deprive of core and cut them into slices.
Melt the butter in a large frying pan, lay the pears, let them stand for a few minutes, stirring gently, then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar and sprinkle with PEAR brandy.
Cook for 10 minutes, sprinkle grated orange zest and powdered biscuits.
From pulp thawed cut two disks, one of which is a little wider, and with the latter covered the bottom and walls of a springform to 22 inches in diameter.
Spread dough on pears, then cover with the second disc and ripiegatevi over the contours of that below, forming a cord that pizzicherete with your fingertips.
Brush the dough with lightly beaten egg and bake the cake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, dropped the circle, slide onto a platter and sprinkle with the remaining sugar puff-pastry.
Let cool before serving.
