Strawberry puff
Instructions
Thaw the puff pastry and roll out the dough in a buttered mould making it go back towards the edges.
Stamped on the bottom with a fork, cover with parchment paper and spread a bit of dried beans.
Bake at 200 degrees for twenty minutes.
Remove the beans and paper, let cool and then spread the pastry with jelly and cover with whipped cream.
Settle over the strawberries.
Dilute remaining gelatin with warm water, let cool and pour over the strawberries.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 1 pack of frozen puff pastry
- 800 g of strawberries
- 1 jar of orange jelly
- 100 G = = Cream
- Butter
