Scrambled eggs
Instructions
In a small bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper, until perfectly blended.
In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the egg.
When the mixture begins to stiffen, strapazzatela, turn it and give it a circular shape, until it is fully cooked.
There is no need to stir continuously.

- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of semi-skimmed milk
- Salt
- Pepper (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of butter (or olive oil)
