Instructions
The doses are for 10 scoones.
Turn the oven on 200 degrees.
In a bowl mix 200 g flour with yeast and sugar then add the softened butter; work with your fingertips to form of crumbs, add the milk quickly until then to have a dough soft enough.
Pour it on the floured table and formed with a rolling pin a browse not too thin; with a pastry cutter or a glass made of diskettes.
Grease a plate and put them in the oven for 20 minutes until puffy and Golden will be.
Serve warm with fresh butter and Strawberry Jam.
