Sardines with thyme
Instructions
Deprive the sardines and head of the central spine without divide them.
Pass each sarda in a thin layer of flour, then in beaten eggs with salt and lemon peel and finally in bread crumbs mixed with thyme.
FRY fish in hot oil, drain on paper towels and serve with lemon wedges.

- 16 sarde
- 2 eggs
- Flour
- 100 g of breadcrumbs end
- 1 tablespoon of dried thyme
- 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- Salt
