Soft biscuits with oatmeal
Instructions
You put the hot apple juice over the flakes for 10 minutes with a pinch of salt to softened.
Combine the toasted hazelnuts (which we pounded grossly), pitted prunes (which we have made pieces soaked in warm water), raisins, the grated two apples, cinnamon, flour.
It makes a soft dough by mixing all ingredients thoroughly and grease with a little oil in a pan, spolverizzandola with flour.
Put the dough in spoonfuls on baking sheet, with a hazelnut on each cookie.
Bake in hot oven and cook for about half an hour at moderate heat.
Are delicious warm and cold alike and you can sprinkle with cinnamon.
Should remain soft.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 cups of barley flakes
- 50 cl of apple juice unsweetened
- 1/2 cup of pitted prunes
- 1/2 cup of sultanas
- 2 grated apples
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1/2 cup of rice flour (or wheat flour)
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of corn oil
- 3/4 cup of toasted hazelnuts
