Instructions
Prepare the sauce with 50 g of chopped onion, 3 tablespoons dry white wine and chopped chillies 10.
Put everything in a bowl and bring to the boil to reduce the mixture in half (the wine should evaporate).
Unite at this point 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce and chopped parsley.
Heat, stir and pour over the meat.
