Apple sauce with horseradish
Instructions
Peel the apples, cut them into quarters and deprive from core.
Blend, then transferred the puree in a bowl and add the horseradish, freshly grated, salt and a few drops of lemon juice.
Stir until mixture is smooth and serve.
This is a typical Austrian sauce for boiled, whose particular flavour comes from the combination of apples and horseradish.

- 2 apples (350 g)
- 2 tablespoons of grated horseradish
- Salt
- Few drops of lemon juice
