Green Sauce (Salsa All'ortolana)
Instructions
Boil for 10 minutes the onion, chopped zucchini, peeled tomatoes and water.
You must obtain a homogeneous sauce to which must be added the olive oil.
The sauce is used to season the pasta.
Ingredients and dosing for 2 persons
- 1/2 onion
- 2 zucchini
- 6 tablespoons of peeled tomatoes
- 6 tablespoons of water
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
