Chocolate sauce
Instructions
Prepare this sauce in a Bain-Marie: place the chopped chocolate in a pan, place it on a bowl filled three quarters with water and bring to a boil at moderate heat.
With a wooden spoon stir softened chocolate from the heat of the water to reduce it to a cream.
Add gradually to soon the cream until the right sauce.
Retire the sauce from the heat to the first boil.
This hot chocolate can be poured on the sweet puddings, various types of ice cream, such as banana, hazelnut or even at the same chocolate flavor.
