Chop coarsely chopped cookies, add coffee, butter, liqueur, sugar and the egg yolks and mix everything.
Beat the egg whites and mount them in snow, then blend the mixture together with the chopped hazelnuts.
Give it the form of a salami and wrap it up in foil.
Keep it in the freezer for a few hours and then wash it in the refrigerator.
Serve sliced.
