Hazelnut cookies
Instructions
Add the flour and all the ingredients, including chopped fine hazelnut.
Knead well and divide the mixture into equal parts, giving the desired shape biscuits.
Sprinkle with flour and infornateli at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
When the Biscuits are browned, sprinkle, as desired, with icing sugar.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 200 g of white flour
- 200 g of butter
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of toasted hazelnuts
- 1 egg whites
