Roll filled with sardines
Instructions
Drain the oil and sardines, without bones, chop them finely and knead them with butter adding the sardine oil to make dough softer.
Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and cut it into two equal strips 25 cm long and about 10 cm.
In the middle of one of them, and along the entire length, put a bit of mashed sardines, freeing two inches on each side edge.
With a brush moisten edges over the other flatware pastry strip.
