Instructions
Thaw the puff pastry and turn on the oven to 220 degrees.
Cut in half lengthwise the two rectangles of dough.
Remove the sausage skin without it losing its shape.
Put the sausage in the middle of each dough piece, moisten the long edges of the pastry and roll it into 4 long rolls.
Cut the roll into pieces 4/5 cm long.
and allineateli on the plate lined with parchment paper, putting it below the point where the dough overlaps.
Cut each roll with a few diagonal cuts, brush with egg and milk whisked together and cook for 20 minutes in the oven.
Serve the warm rolls, accompanied with green salad or vegetable dip.

- 2 tablespoons of milk
