Instructions

Remove the butter from the refrigerator and allow to soften at room temperature.

Put it in a bowl and knock it up to make it soft and fluffy, add sugar and flour.

Whip egg whites until foamy soda and gently blend the dough should be quite soft.

If not add another egg.

Pull a thin pastry dough, cut into disks and deal half on buttered oven tray, making sure they are spaced between them.

Cook for 7-8 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until they hired a beautiful golden color.

Withdrawn from the oven.

Remove cookies with a spatula and roll them up a cigarette.

Then let them cool on a grid.
